Information Collection

The OVBA is the sole owner of the information collected on www.ovba.org and visitogdenvalley.com.  The OVBA collects information from members and potential members in the signup form on our Web site. The visitor must provide company name, designated representative name, title, address, street, email address and business category. This information is used to contact the visitor to provide him/her with cost and organization details to facilitate membership. If the visitor does not join, we do not retain his/her email address on any emailing list.

The OVBA also collects email addresses from site visitors requesting printed materials and Welcome Kits. The visitor’s email address will not be shared with anyone else, and the visitor will not be sent any advertisements other than those requested.

Information Use

Profiles
We do not create profiles of individuals that keep track of their individual viewing preferences.

We DO NOT Share Personal Information gathered on our Web site with Third Parties.

Cookies
We do not use cookies on our Web site (a cookie is a piece of data stored on the visitor’s computer tied to information about the visitor). This privacy statement covers the use of cookies by www.ovba.org and visitogdenvalley.com only and does not cover the use of cookies by any advertisers on our Web site or by linked sites.
